Market Stall Operators: If you want to sell rock ‘n’ roll, rockabilly, retro, vintage, or automotive-related products on Warland Reserve, or general products on Railway Terrace in a brand new location closer to the action, apply through the the market stalls application form on our website.
Food Trucks: We welcome food trucks of all types to join us on Railway Terrace and Warland Reserve. We love to see both new visitors and old favourites bringing variety to our festival. Apply through the same market stalls application form on our website.
Volunteers: We need enthusiastic volunteers to help before, during, and after the festival weekend (19-21 September 2025). No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to get involved and support the event. Sign up now through the volunteer form on our website. We’d love to have you on board!
