Kids Zone
The Victor Harbor Rock ’N’ Roll Festival isn’t just for grown-ups. Right in the middle of Warland Reserve you’ll find the Kids Zone – a colourful corner of the festival where our youngest rock ’n’ rollers can play, create, and burn off some energy between bands.
Whether they’re challenging each other in a lawn game, getting creative with some colouring-in, or showing off a freshly painted festival face, there’s plenty to keep little festival-goers entertained while the music plays on.

Here’s what you’ll find in the Kids Zone:
Lawn Games
Giant Jenga, noughts-and-crosses, quoits, bean bag toss and more. Perfect for friendly competition, silly challenges, and plenty of laughs. Don’t be surprised if the grown-ups end up joining in!
Colouring-In Station
Time to get creative. Kids can bring their own festival masterpiece to life with a range of colouring designs, plenty of coloured pencils, and the chance to take their artwork home as a souvenir of the day.
Face Painting
From rockstar lightning bolts to butterflies and superheroes, our face painters are ready to transform little faces into festival works of art. It’s a classic favourite – and always a hit in the family photo album.

Still want more?
If you’re looking for something a little bigger, faster, or a bit more thrilling, head across the road to the foreshore where festival sponsor Girdler Family Amusements will once again be set up for the weekend. Expect all the favourites including dodgem cars, the tea cup ride, sideshow alley, and the ever-popular Big Wheel – perfect for a bird’s-eye view of the festival.
…and if you’re feeling peckish while exploring the Kids Zone, you won’t have to wander far. Ice cream, fairy floss and other festival favourites are close at hand thanks to the ever-supportive team at All Sweets and Treats.
Please note: Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
